2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

3. Use of the website

This site is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may browse, purchase products, and share content on social media with appropriate credit. You may not reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

4. Products and pricing

All works on this site are described to the best of the seller's ability. Colours may slightly vary between screen display and physical works due to monitor calibration differences. Prices are in Euros (EUR) and include Spanish VAT (IVA 21%) for orders within Spain and the European Union. International orders (outside the EU) are sent without VAT — please note that import duties and local taxes may apply upon delivery.

5. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through this website and processed automatically via Stripe. Payment is required at the time of order. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.

For original artworks, orders may be processed individually upon request — in such cases, you will receive a separate invoice and payment instructions.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your location. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or force majeure.

7. Right of withdrawal (returns)

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, with the following exceptions:

Open and limited edition prints are made to order and are not subject to withdrawal (Article 16(c)).
Original artworks and postcards may be returned within 14 days in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If the item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I will issue a replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual property

All works displayed on this site are the intellectual property of Asya Aseeva. Purchase transfers ownership of the physical object only; reproduction, commercial use, and licensing rights are reserved. See the Copyright & IP page for full details.

9. Liability

The seller's liability is limited to the value of the purchased item. The seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Modification of terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered customers by email. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona. EU consumers also have access to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
