About the works

Are your collages handmade or digital?

Both. My original paper collages are made entirely by hand — cut from archival photographs and hand-painted paper, assembled physically. My digital collages are composed in Photoshop and other digital tools. Embroidered monotypes are also hand-made: an acrylic monotype on paper, then embroidered by hand with cotton and metallic thread.

Are the prints signed?

Open edition prints are not signed or numbered — they are printed in unlimited quantities and accessible as art for everyday life. Limited edition prints are signed and numbered in small editions for collectors. Originals are signed on the back.

What are the prints made of?

All open edition prints are produced on matte fine art paper, 250 gsm. Limited editions are produced on giclée fine art paper. Postcards are printed on matte cardstock.

How long will the colours last?

Prints are produced with pigment-based inks on acid-free paper, designed for archival quality. With proper care — away from direct sunlight and humidity — they will retain their colours for decades.

About commissions and custom work

Do you accept commissions?

Yes, I accept commissions for both digital collages and original paper collages. If you have a specific idea, photograph from your archive, or a theme in mind, please write to me at hello@asyaaseeva.com with a brief description. Production time is usually 2-4 weeks.

Can I order a print in a different size than what's offered?

Currently, prints are produced only in the sizes listed on each product page (typically A4). For larger formats, please write to me and I'll let you know if a special edition is possible.

About shipping and framing

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location. Standard delivery times are 2-5 business days within Spain, 5-10 days within the EU, and 10-21 days internationally.

Do prints come framed?

No, all prints are shipped unframed for safer transit and to allow you to choose your own framing style. I recommend framing with a passe-partout (mat) for a more refined look. Glass is optional — it protects from dust and UV light but slightly changes the surface quality of the print.

Can I order a framed print?

Framed prints are not currently offered through this site. I recommend taking the print to a local framing shop after delivery — your framer will know what works best for your wall and space.

How do you pack original works for shipping?

Original works are packed between two layers of acid-free cardboard, placed in a glassine sleeve, and shipped flat in a sturdy envelope. All originals are sent with tracking and basic insurance. Special care is taken with each piece, as they are unique and cannot be replaced.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please write to me at [email] within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. I will replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on availability.

About payments and returns

How can I pay?

All payments are processed securely through Stripe at checkout. I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most major credit and debit cards.

Are prices in Euros?

A: Yes, all prices are listed in Euros (EUR). If your card is in another currency, your bank will convert at the current exchange rate.

Do prices include VAT?

A: For orders shipped within Spain and the European Union, prices include Spanish VAT (IVA 21%). For orders shipped outside the EU, prices are without VAT — import duties and local taxes may apply on delivery and are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I make a return?

Prints are made to order and cannot be returned (under EU Consumer Rights Directive, Article 16(c) — made-to-order goods). Original artworks and postcards can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
